Vibratory Feeder Overview
The main function of vibratory feeder is not only to stabilize the material delivery, but also to pre-screen the material, remove small particles of fines, reduce the load of the main crusher, and improve the efficiency and service life of the whole crushing and screening process.
Vibratory feeder is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, refractory materials, glass, ceramics, grain, ports and other industries, and is an important part of the material conveying and screening system.

Working Principle of Vibratory Feeder
The core of the vibratory feeder is the double eccentric shaft excitation source, which is driven by the motor to rotate the eccentric shaft, generating periodic vibration, so that the material makes linear or parabolic motion along the feeding trough. The material slides forward and stratifies in the trough, and the small particles fall through the sieve bars, thus realizing the synchronization of conveying and preliminary screening.
The vibration frequency, amplitude and inclination angle can be adjusted according to the actual demand, in order to meet the conveying control of different particle sizes and different flow rates. The bottom of the vibrating system is usually equipped with shock absorbing springs, which effectively isolate the vibration of the foundation and reduce the dynamic interference between the equipment and the foundation.
