The working principle of VSI sand making machine:

The core work relies on the high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the incoming material and then eject it. The material firstly enters into the feed hopper from above, and then partly enters into the impeller through the material dividing device, and partly falls down freely to form waterfall falling material.

In the impeller, the material is accelerated to a high speed, about 70 to 100 meters per second, and a certain angle of high-speed projectile to the periphery of the vortex chamber, and the material from the waterfall collision, resulting in violent impact and crushing.

After the collision of the material rebound to the top of the crushing chamber and constantly circling, and the subsequent high-speed material into the formation of a continuous material curtain. This “material hitting material” crushing process greatly reduces the wear and tear of metal parts, and enhances the crushing efficiency and fineness control.
