Advantages of sealing ring

  • Excellent sealing performance: working life is significantly higher than traditional rubber sealing products, dynamic pressure sealing life can be tens of times.
  • Low friction resistance: small friction, eliminating the “crawling” phenomenon of low-speed movement.
  • High abrasion resistance: automatic elastic compensation after abrasion, prolonging the service life.
  • Good self-lubricating performance: can be used for oil-free lubrication sealing.
  • Simple structure, easy to install: suitable for a variety of occasions.
Applicable media: the seal is suitable for hydraulic oil, gas, water, mud, crude oil, emulsion, chemicals and other media, a wide range of working pressure, temperature adaptability.
  1. V-type sealing ring Use: Used for pressureless sealing of rotary shaft, preventing internal grease or liquid leakage and resisting the intrusion of external water and dust. Features: good mobility and adaptability, can compensate for large tolerances and angular deviations, suitable for a variety of environments.
  2. O-ring Usage: Mainly used for static sealing and reciprocating motion sealing, suitable for low-speed rotary motion. Characteristics: Installed in a rectangular groove in the outer or inner circle, they can provide effective sealing under different pressures and temperatures.
  3. Y-type sealing ring Use: Widely used in reciprocating motion sealing device. Characteristics: Often used in combination with springs (e.g. O-spring, V-spring, U-spring) to enhance sealing performance.
  4. YX type sealing ring (hole) Use: Used for sealing the piston in reciprocating hydraulic cylinders. Scope of application: including general hydraulic cylinders, construction machinery, etc.. Material: polyurethane (TPU), CPU and rubber, with wide range of working temperature and pressure.
  5. YX type retaining ring Usage: Used in conjunction with YX type sealing ring in cylinders with working pressure over 16MPa to provide protection. Characteristics: suitable for eccentric force occasions, can withstand high temperature and hydraulic medium.
  6. O-type rubber sealing ring Use: Suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic systems and mechanical equipment, to provide sealing at rest or in motion. Working conditions: to adapt to a variety of liquids and gases, a wide range of operating temperatures, pressure adaptability.
  7. O-shaped sealing ring with retaining ring Use: used in conjunction with O-ring, suitable for cylinder pressure greater than 10MPa. Characteristics: resistant to high temperature and various hydraulic media, providing additional protection.
  8. J-type skeletonless dust ring Usage: Used for dustproof in reciprocating cylinder and air cylinder. Scope of application: suitable for a variety of mechanical equipment, to provide dust protection.
