The working principle of linear vibrating screen:
It is mainly composed of screen body, exciter, support structure and motor. The exciter consists of two vibration motors of the same specification, installed on both sides or bottom of the screen body. After the motor is started, the synchronized linear vibration force is generated through the rotation of the eccentric block, which makes the screen body vibrate in the linear direction.
Materials from the inlet to the screen surface, under the action of vibration force forward linear jump movement, the process of particles according to the size of different levels of screen mesh to achieve classification or dewatering. Larger particles stay in the screen mesh forward discharge, small particles through the mesh into the lower level, so as to realize the particle size sorting. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric block of the vibrating motor, the size and direction of the excitation force can be changed, and then regulate the speed and trajectory of the movement of materials on the screen surface.
