Working principle of diesel generator:

Diesel generators produce electricity through the working principle of a diesel engine. Diesel fuel is precisely injected into the combustion chamber through injector nozzles, where it mixes with air and ignites. The engine drives a piston through a four-stroke cycle (suction, compression, combustion, exhaust), which converts chemical energy into mechanical (rotational) energy via the crankshaft. This power is transferred to the rotor of the generator, generating electrical energy in the stator through electromagnetic induction. The AVR (automatic voltage regulator) adjusts output voltage to match load requirements, ensuring stable power supply. To protect the engine, low oil pressure and low oil level automatic protection devices are included to ensure safe shutdown in case of insufficient oil.
