Diesel-driven screw air compressor is a device designed for high-pressure operations, such as deep well drilling, to provide stable compressed air support in harsh environments.
Features of diesel driven screw air compressor:
- Dual working condition switching design: Users can quickly switch between 33 cubic meters per minute, 25 bar and 26 cubic meters per minute, 35 bar according to the demand, for example, to flexibly adapt to different operational requirements.
- low-temperature starting system: equipped with fuel heater, through the circulation of heating coolant, lubricating oil and the whole machine components, to ensure that the equipment starts smoothly in the cold or plateau environment.
- Aftercooler and vapor separator: Ensure the outlet air temperature is not higher than the ambient temperature of 15°C, suitable for use with equipment with strict requirements on air intake temperature.
- remote control and monitoring: with remote start-stop, monitoring and positioning functions, to facilitate real-time mastery of the operating status of the equipment, improve management efficiency.
The working principle of diesel driven screw air compressor:
The compressor adopts two-stage compression system. Firstly, the air is compressed by the first stage screw, then enters into the intermediate cooler to cool down, and then enters into the second stage screw for further compression, and finally reaches the required high pressure. This two-stage compression improves compression efficiency and reduces energy loss. The diesel engine drives the screw rotor to rotate through the coupling to realize the continuous and stable air compression process.
