   The gun body is formed and processed by a large CNC machining center in one go to ensure that the concentricity of the internal channel is accurate, making the spray more uniform and delicate.
   The key adjusting knob is processed by high-precision CNC equipment, which makes the operation feel smooth and the adjustment flexible and comfortable.
5. Strict quality testing: Each spray gun in the factory are required to undergo two strict manual testing to ensure that the atomization performance and excellent quality.

Working Principle of Spray Gun

The core working principle of LVMP spray gun is to atomize the liquid paint into uniform and fine particles by medium pressure air flow to spray onto the target surface. Compared to traditional high pressure spray guns, it consumes less air but still provides a stable spraying pressure, which results in a more concentrated paint mist, less overspray, and better paint utilization.
