Working Principle of the Ore Washing Machine
When the ore washing machine works, the motor drives the reducer, which drives the center shaft to rotate, while high-pressure water is introduced through the spray system. The ore enters the cleaning cylinder from the inlet, and continuously rolls, rubs and collides under the joint action of rotation and water flow to realize the impurity stripping.
Part of the equipment is also combined with the vibration resonance principle, so that the ore is repeatedly thrown up and jumped in the movement to further enhance the cleaning efficiency. The tailings are discharged from the discharge end, and the sediment-water mixture is discharged through the screen to the wastewater system, realizing solid-liquid separation.
