Working principle of gyratory crusher:

Based on continuous extrusion crushing mechanism. The equipment consists of cross beam section, upper middle and lower frame section, dynamic cone section, eccentric sleeve section, transmission section and hydraulic cylinder section. The electric motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, and the movement is transmitted to the eccentric sleeve through gears, which then drives the cone section to swing in a circle to complete the crushing of stone materials.

By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the cone, the size of the discharge opening can be flexibly adjusted to control the particle size of the product.
