  1. Adapted to a wide range of particle size:
    Circular vibrating screen: suitable for particle size ≤ 300mm, classification range 3 to 150mm.
    Linear vibrating screen: suitable for particle size ≤50mm, classification range 0.25 to 50mm.

    According to the material characteristics, we can choose metal woven screen mesh, rubber screen mesh, polyurethane screen mesh and so on, in order to meet the different requirements of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and so on.

    The installation angle of the sieve machine, the installation position of the left and right sides of the motor, and the size of the sieve holes can be customized, with high flexibility.

Working principle of heavy duty vibrating screen:

  1. Heavy duty vibrating screen belongs to single mass forced vibration system. Its main structure includes screen box, vibrator and elastic elements (rubber spring, etc.). The motor drives the exciter through the coupling, so that its internal eccentric block rotates at a high speed, generating a periodic excitation force, which makes the screen box produce continuous vibration.
  2. When the material is fed into the screen surface, due to the centrifugal force generated by the vibration of the screen box, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and constantly moving forward, in the process according to the size of the particles to be screened. Smaller than the screen hole of the material through the screen into the lower collection device, the larger particles continue to move forward to complete the screening process.
  3. This screening method realizes the automatic layering, penetrating screen and advancing of materials, with high screening efficiency and strong adaptability.
