Working principle of vertical impact crusher:

When the equipment is running, the material enters the machine from the top, and is divided into two typical processes according to the different feeding modes:

  1. Center feeding mode: the material falls into the high-speed rotor from the center feeding port, and is accelerated and thrown out from the discharge port at a high speed. High-speed material impact rebound falling free material, followed by multiple collisions with the vortex cavity wall, forming a continuous crushing process, the discharge particles uniform, excellent particle size.
  2. The center with the ring waterfall feeding mode: part of the material is guided into the impeller to accelerate, the other part of the natural fall and the formation of high-speed jet collision with the material. The two streams in the air and vortex cavity for many times staggered impact, forming a dynamic collision layer similar to the “material curtain”, greatly improving the crushing efficiency and material shaping effect.

During the whole process, the direct contact between metal parts and materials is very limited, thus reducing wear and prolonging service life.
