The working principle of double roll crusher sand making machine:
Mainly through a pair of relatively rotating rollers, the material fed between the two rollers is extruded and crushed. The dual motors transfer the power to the reducer through the triangle belt, and then the coupling drives the two rollers to rotate in the opposite direction. The material will fall into between the two rollers evenly from the inlet, and will be cracked or crushed into small particles after being strongly extruded, and then discharged from the outlet.
Among them, one side of the roller is fixed, and the other side is supported by a spring mechanism with a certain floating range.
