The R32 threaded button bit is made from high-strength alloy steel through precision forging and full carburizing heat treatment, resulting in a hard and wear-resistant surface while maintaining a tough, shock-absorbing core. This dual-phase structure provides excellent fatigue resistance and durability, ensuring stable performance even under high-frequency impact loads.
It is available in two types: flat button and retrac button.
