Guide Drill Rod with Male and Female R32 Thread

It is used as the initial rod for drilling operations to guide the drilling process, ensuring the starting direction and angle of the hole are accurate and allowing for smooth connection and drilling with subsequent rods. Like regular extension rods, the guide drill rod also features male and female threads, but it is mainly used for initial guidance during drilling, improving the accuracy of the drilling direction and the stability of the initial connection.

Differences Between Guide Drill Rod and Extension Rod

• Extension rod: Mainly used to extend drilling depth, usually without special guiding requirements.
• Guide drill rod: Used for initial guidance, often with higher precision or rigidity, and some feature specially designed tapered or structured heads to better guide the drilling process.
