The Basic Structure of a Rotary Kiln Incineration System

A rotary kiln incineration system generally consists of the following basic components:

  1. Rotary kiln: The rotary kiln is the core equipment of the incineration system and is responsible for the continuous incineration of materials.
  2. Preheater: The preheater is used to preheat the materials before they enter the rotary kiln, thereby improving thermal efficiency.
  3. Cooler: The cooler is used to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature treated materials, making subsequent conveying and handling easier.
  4. Hoist and related auxiliary equipment: The hoist and auxiliary equipment are responsible for material conveying, lifting, and coordination between different stages of the system.
  5. Electrical and automation control system: The electrical and automation control system is used to control, monitor, and automatically adjust the operation of the entire system.
  6. Combustion system: The combustion system provides a stable heat source for the incineration process and ensures the normal operation of the system.

The above components together form the basic structure of a rotary kiln incineration system.
